Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These are Hoover's genuine CU2 bags in standard filtration, part AH10143, ten to a pack, for the HushTone commercial upright in models CH54013, CH54015, CH54113 and CH54115.
Commercial uprights go through bags at a rate no household machine does, and the temptation is to run them until they are solid. Airflow tells a different story. A bag past two-thirds is already costing suction, and a cleaner working a full building notices the machine getting heavy on carpet before anyone spots the bag. Keeping a pack on the cart is what stops that.
Standard filtration is the everyday option here; the same machines take an allergen-grade bag if the site needs finer capture. The bag mounts on the collar the way the original does, so there is nothing to adapt. Check the CH number on the machine so you are not ordering the canister bag by mistake.
