This is a complete brush roll assembly for the classic Hoover Convertible upright vacuum, featuring a four-row bristle design for aggressive carpet agitation. The assembly includes the brush roll with its bristle strips and end caps, ready to drop into the cleaner head.
The four staggered rows of bristles grip carpet pile and beat loose embedded dirt as the roll spins, sweeping debris into the airflow. When bristles wear flat or the roll becomes hard to turn, cleaning performance suffers and the belt can wear faster. Replacing the whole assembly restores smooth rotation and strong agitation.
