Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A dust brush is the tool that does the work a floor head cannot: window sills, vents, skirting, keyboard trays, the tops of picture frames. This one, Hoover part 440013732, is the brush supplied with the CH93619 backpack vacuum.
Bristles are consumable. They splay outward and take a set, and a splayed brush no longer conforms to the surface it is dragged across. It rides on the tips and pushes dust along rather than releasing it into the airstream, which operators notice as needing two or three passes where one used to do.
Fresh, flexible bristles go back to sweeping dust loose so the suction can take it, and they do it without marking a painted or polished surface. This brush fits the Hoover CH93619. Comb the bristles clear of lint occasionally to keep them working freely.
