Hoover part 440013716 is the service blade cover for the CH93619 commercial cordless backpack, the 40V brushless machine. It closes a service access opening in the outer housing and holds that panel sealed while the vacuum runs.
Covers crack where the retaining clips bite, and once one clip lets go the panel lifts at a corner. Dust finds the gap, the surrounding panels stop sitting flush, and grit works into the service area behind the opening. None of that shows up as a dramatic fault, just a machine that gradually looks and seals worse. Fitting a fresh cover ends it.
This cover is for the Hoover CH93619 only. Line the clips up with their slots and press until each one seats before you put the machine back into service.
