Part 185899S is the mini em-tor with fill hose for the Kirby G6. Two pieces arrive as one assembly: the em-tor housing that the paper bag seats into, and the flexible fill hose that feeds it from the fan outlet.
Neither piece is a consumable, but both crack. The hose goes hard and splits along a flex point, and the em-tor takes a hit at the neck or a mounting ear. Once either is compromised the bag compartment stops being sealed, which the owner sees as dust settling inside the outer cloth bag and a machine that no longer pulls the way it did, even with a fresh paper bag fitted.
Fit the assembly with the outer bag off so the hose can be routed without kinking, and check the em-tor neck gasket at the same time, since a good em-tor still leaks through a flattened gasket.
