Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A nine-pack of Kirby Generation 4 upright bags, part 197394A, listed for the G4 and the G5. Nine is the pack size to buy if the machine works for its living rather than sitting in a closet.
These are Micron Magic paper bags built with Micro Particle Arrest technology, so the media does real filtration work rather than acting as a dirt sack. That is also why they need changing on time: as the paper loads, the same fine pores that trap dust stop passing air, the motor runs hotter and the nozzle stops picking up. Two thirds full is the point to swap.
Keeping nine on the shelf removes the temptation to run a bag a week too long, which is the most common reason a Kirby quietly loses half its suction.
