NaceCare/Numatic M5 x 16mm ...

Product details

This is an M5 x 16mm Pozi pan countersunk screw used as a replacement fastener in Numatic commercial vacuum builds, SKU 219045.

The extra 4mm of length over the 12mm size in the same M5 thread reaches into deeper bosses and thicker mating sections, and the Pozidriv pan countersunk head is built to drive flush without stripping under repeated servicing. A screw of the wrong length either bottoms out before the panel clamps down or does not thread in far enough to hold under vibration.

  • Size: M5 x 16mm
  • Head: Pozi pan countersunk
  • Use: Securing covers, brackets, and internal housings on Numatic vacuum assemblies
  • Note: Special-order item

Measure the screw you are replacing before ordering, since Numatic uses more than one M5 length across its range and fitting the wrong one can strip the boss it threads into. As with any small fastener, it is worth ordering a couple extra rather than a single screw, since these are easy to lose during a teardown.
