George GVE370 is Numatic's extractor canister: a machine that vacuums dry, picks up wet, and cleans carpet and upholstery by injecting solution and pulling it back out. That last capability is the difference between vacuuming a carpet and actually cleaning it, and it is why George replaces two machines rather than duplicating one.
NaceCare rates the vacuum motor at 1.3 horsepower, 1200 watts, moving 95 CFM against 100 inches of water lift, with a separate 30 watt pump delivering solution at 30 psi. That pressure is deliberately modest: enough to wet the fiber and release soil, not so much that it drives water past the backing where the recovery side cannot get it back. Solution capacity is 1.6 US gallons with a 2 US gallon recovery tank, both polypropylene, and the recovery tank carries its own handle for emptying.
A ball float wet shut-off protects the motor when the recovery tank fills, and the 42 foot cord covers a room without hunting for a second outlet. At 19 pounds the machine still carries up a staircase, which matters on stair extraction more than any other number on the sheet. The 4 inch cleaning width places George as a spotter and detail extractor rather than a walk-behind for open floor.
