This power nozzle height adjustment lever and block assembly (Part #40933) sets the carpet-pile height on a range of central-vacuum and canister power nozzles, letting the brushroll ride at the correct distance from low-pile to plush carpeting. A broken lever or cracked block is a frequent cause of a power head that drags, scuffs, or fails to lock into a height setting.
Designed as a multi-fit service part, it covers a number of popular nozzles including the Cen-Tec 14", 16", and 18" power nozzles and the Panasonic MC-CG973 power nozzle, and it also services several Kenmore power nozzles that share the same height-selector mechanism.
