ProTeam Brush Roll - XP1200 12'' Upright - 12.5 Inches

This is the 12.5-inch brush roll for ProTeam's 12-inch ProForce upright, part 107163. It is the component doing the actual work on carpet: the bristles beat fibres loose so airflow can carry the dirt away, which is why a tired brush roll shows up as carpet that still looks walked-on after a pass.

Check the bristles against a straight edge. Once they have worn down close to the roll body, or splayed unevenly, agitation is effectively gone even though suction tests fine at the nozzle.

The roll fits the ProTeam 1200XP and ProForce 1200XP uprights. Clear hair and thread from the end caps and bearings whenever the machine is on its back, since wrapped fibre is what kills bearings and stalls belts long before the bristles are finished.
