ProTeam Upright Ratchet Fas...

Product details
Two housing sections on a ProForce upright are held together with a ratchet fastener designed to bite in and stay put through years of vibration rather than gradually back out the way an ordinary screw can. Part 105320 is the replacement once the original strips or breaks off.
Once the fastener fails, the panel it was securing starts to move independently of the rest of the housing. You will hear it before you see it, usually as a new rattle, though a visible gap can open up where dust escapes, or the cover will simply refuse to sit flush no matter how firmly it is pressed shut. Swapping in the new fastener is a like-for-like replacement at the original mounting point, so there is no improvised oversize substitute involved that risks damaging the housing further.
Fasteners like this typically fail from years of repeated flex rather than a single overload event, so a machine that has been in daily service for several seasons is more likely to need this part than a newer unit running under otherwise identical conditions.
This fastener fits ProTeam's ProForce 1200XP and 1500XP lineup, spanning the 1200, 12XP, 1500, and 15XP designations used within that range. On a fleet running several of these machines, it pays to keep a handful of these fasteners on the shelf, since a loose panel tends to get flagged the same day it starts.
