Rexair-Rainbow Manifold - E Series

Everything in a Rainbow E series power nozzle mounts to one molded body, and part R8201 is that body: it carries the brush roll, shapes the airflow from the floor up into the wand, and keeps the rest in alignment. It is supplied with the wheels, and this version comes with the struts and belt cover as well.

Manifolds get replaced after impact damage or after years of flex. A crack around a strut mount or a wheel boss lets the nozzle body twist under load, and the effects show up elsewhere: the belt starts tracking off the pulley, the brush roll no longer sits parallel to the floor, and air escapes through the split instead of carrying dirt up the wand.
