This genuine Titan hood (Part #DS36G) is the black upper housing for the Titan T5 power nozzle. It covers the brush roll and internal drive, directs airflow, and gives the nozzle its finished shell.
A hood that has been cracked by impacts or warped by heat lets the nozzle flex and rattle, throws off brush-roll alignment, and can expose moving parts. Left unaddressed, that flex accelerates wear on the belt, bearings, and motor. A sound replacement hood restores rigidity and proper alignment.
