Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The 511MP 3-in-1 mounting bracket is the central vacuum inlet bracket for 2x3-inch stud walls — the narrower framing found in many basements, partition walls, and older homes where standard 2x4 depth is not available. Standard rough-in hardware assumes a full-depth wall; this bracket is dimensioned for the shallower cavity.

MD specifies pairing it with the 511SN special short 90 fitting (sold separately), which makes the tight turn behind the inlet within the reduced wall depth. Together, SKU 511MP and 511SN put a proper central vacuum inlet valve where a standard bracket-and-elbow combination simply will not fit.
