Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 35 ft direct-connect electric hose with cover, SKU 353GKSC, arrives with its hose sock already assembled — maximum reach and hose protection in one box. Like the rest of the direct-connect line it uses a gas-pump style handle with a 360-degree swivel to reduce kinking, flows 27% more air through its wider, smoother bore than hoses made years ago, and is molded from light, durable plastic that springs back after being crushed.
