Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Replacement 5.7-inch motor gasket (SKU 221) for central vacuum power units built around 5.7" diameter motors. The gasket sits between the motor and its mounting surface, keeping metal from bearing directly on metal when the motor is bolted into the unit — a small part that protects both the motor housing and the vacuum canister.

A fresh gasket is not always required during a motor change, so inspect the old one during the swap. One important fitment caution: some power units use larger, form-fitted gaskets that do more than cushion the mount. If your original gasket is one of these shaped designs, reuse the original rather than substituting this flat ring — installing the wrong style can damage components.
