Light gray with the orange pedal SEBO uses across the ESSENTIAL range, part 5051HG is the complete rear assembly for a G series upright. It arrives as a single unit, so the axle, both wheels, the foot release and its return spring are renewed at the same moment. SEBO shows it at position 117 in the ESSENTIAL G4/G5 parts diagram.
The signs it is due are easy to read. The machine wobbles or tracks off line as it is pushed, or the handle drops out of the upright position because the pedal no longer holds it. Replacing the group as one means the new spring works against new plastic, which is what keeps the latch positive rather than vague. It also saves opening the same corner of the machine twice in a year.

The orange pedal is sold on its own as 5059OR, the plain chassis axle as 5053, the axle spring as 2010, and the retaining clamps as 2014 singly or 2014ER in a ten pack. The equivalent complete assembly for the AUTOMATIC X uprights is 5051GS in gray black, which is worth knowing if you keep both families in the same house or on the same round.
