A 14-inch brush roll, Bissell part 1644149, for the PowerForce Helix uprights: the Helix Turbo Pet 3332 and the Helix Rewind Pet 3333. Our fitment data also lists it against the Bosch BSG81313UC.
This is the part that decides whether the vacuum cleans carpet or merely skims it. Bristles bend, snap off and melt against the belt over time, and once they stop reaching into the pile the machine leaves lines of grit and pet hair behind that a second pass will not lift. Grinding or squealing from the nozzle usually means the end bearings have taken in hair and grit as well.
Measure before ordering if you are unsure. This is the 14-inch roller, and Bissell used more than one length across the Helix range.
