Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 163-8660 is the clean water tank for the Bissell Little Green Cordless portable spot cleaner, the reservoir that stores your water-and-formula mix and sends it out through the spray nozzle when you pull the trigger.

Because this tank is handled and refilled constantly between spot-cleaning jobs, it is one of the first things to show wear: a cracked corner from being set down hard, a cap that no longer threads on tight, or a seam that starts to weep once the tank is full and under spray pressure. Any of those leaves you with a damp tank, weak spray, or solution that never reaches the nozzle at full strength.

Before installing, rinse out the mounting cavity on the machine so old residue does not sit under the new tank's seal, and thread the new cap on by hand until it stops rather than forcing it, since overtightening a new cap is a common cause of an early leak.
