The recovery tank is the one that holds the dirty water your machine pulls back out of the carpet, and 2037892 is the replacement for the Bissell DeepClean Lift-Off cleaners. It fits the 27F6, 1560, 1564, 1565, 24A4, 2505, 2891, 30K7, 35K3, 3624, 66E1, 73H5, 80X9 and 94Y2.
Tanks crack at the latch and at whichever corner they land on, and the failure is messy rather than subtle: dirty water down the outside of the machine, a tank that no longer holds vacuum so recovery falls off, or a lid that will not seat square on a distorted rim.
One thing to know before ordering. The small lid section on top is not included, so keep the one from your existing tank and transfer it across. Empty and rinse the tank after every use and it will comfortably outlast the one it replaced.
