Supplied as a pack of two, part 2037897 replaces the spray tips on the Bissell Lift-Off upright carpet cleaners: the 80X9 ProHeat Lift-Off among them, along with the 24A4, 27F6, 30K7, 35K3, 66E1, 73H5 and 94Y2 families.
Tips wear and scale rather than break. The moment the orifice loses its shape the fan pattern collapses, and instead of an even wet band across the head you get stripes, a soaked line where one tip is jetting and a dry line where the other has closed up. Left long enough, a blocked tip loads the pump behind it.
They come in twos because that is how they should be changed. Fitting one new tip against one scaled tip leaves the pattern uneven and puts you back at the same job a few months later.
