This is the complete bottom plate assembly for the Oreck Elevate upright, part 430000380, listed for the UK30300. It comes as an assembly rather than a bare panel, so the plate arrives with its hardware ready to go back under the head.

The plate is both the surface the machine rides on and the cover that keeps the brush roll in its channel, so it takes the wear from both jobs. The front lip thins against carpet, screw bosses split, and a plate that has been forced back on over a jammed roller often cracks straight across. Once it stops sitting flat, the head loses floor contact at one end and pickup goes with it.

With the plate off, clear the roller ends of thread and check the belt before closing everything up.
