SEBO Brush Pulley for the 3...

Product details
Belt slip on a 370 COMFORT is not always the belt's fault. Part 2919ER is the brush pulley the drive belt runs on in that machine, and once its teeth are rounded, polished or chipped it will let a perfectly sound belt lose its grip. The pulley is listed for the SEBO 370 COMFORT alone.
The drive on this machine is a toothed one, which means power is transmitted by tooth engagement rather than by friction. That works well until the tooth profile goes: a worn pulley lets the belt ride up and skip under load instead of driving through it. What the operator notices is a brush roll turning slower than it should, stalling in deep pile while the motor holds its note without change, or a chattering noise from the head that rises with resistance. Black rubber dust inside the head is the other classic sign, and it means the belt has already begun to pay for the pulley's condition.
Fit a fresh belt at the same time. A worn pulley normally takes the belt down with it, and putting an old belt back onto new teeth throws away half the repair — the matching toothed belt is SEBO 2923. While the head is open, the parts in the same drive line are motor pulley 2319, brush motor with pulley 2973ER, and brush roller with pulley and brush strip 4098ER; the replaceable bristle strip for this head is 2046 and the brush roller release button is 20120ER.
