Product details

Quick Broom sweepers use a twist-wire brush roll rather than a bristle strip, and this 8.5-inch replacement is part 5559085. The twisted wire lifts thread, hair and grit off hard floors and low carpet, and since the sweeper has no motor to spare, the roller has to be in good order for the machine to sweep at all.

One brush roll per pack. Replace it when the wire has splayed or flattened on one side, when hair has fused into the twist and will not comb out, or when the sweeper starts leaving a line of debris behind it on every pass.

It fits the Bissell 2340 and 2400 sweepers and the Bissell 3430, and is also listed as 555-9085 and 005-1170.
