One white hook serves four machines: 5703WE goes on the AUTOMATIC X4, the X4 Boost, the X5 and the X7 Premium, all of which use the same moulding on a white body.
This is the catch that the mains lead wraps around for storage. A white version shows its age sooner than the darker trims, and a cracked one will often still grip a short coil while dropping a full wrap, so the fault seems to come and go before it becomes permanent. Replacing it removes the guesswork, and it also removes the habit that a failing hook encourages, which is leaving the cord loosely looped over the handle where it slides off and gets walked on.

Fitting takes a driver and no adjustment. If the old hook broke some time ago, check the cable itself along its whole length before winding it back on, because a lead that has spent months being dragged behind the machine often carries a nick in its jacket.
