Carpet Pro Nylon Commercial Plastic Black Dust Brush - 1 1/2

This is the commercial-pattern dust brush with a 1-1/2 inch neck and nylon bristles in a black plastic body, part 14-1606-00. It is a replacement tool that fits the Carpet Pro SCBP1.2, the Perfect 6-quart and 10-quart backpacks, and the Powr-Flite BP6P, BP6S, BP10P and BP10S.

Backpack vacuums live on their attachments, and the dust brush is the one that does vents, sills, blinds, ledges and the tops of partitions. Nylon bristles are chosen for commercial work because they survive repeated cleaning and hold their shape. Even so they splay and shorten with use, and a brush whose bristles have gone soft pushes dust around rather than lifting it.

It pushes onto any matching 1-1/2 inch wand or hose end. Check your wand size before ordering, since the 1-1/4 inch household fitting will not seat on a commercial neck.
