The harness frame is the load-bearing skeleton of a Powr-Flite Comfort Pro backpack vacuum: the canister hangs off it, the shoulder straps and waist belt anchor to it, and it is what puts the weight on your hips instead of your shoulders through a long shift. Part X9670 replaces that frame and harness assembly.
Frames are a wear item on rental and contract-cleaning machines. Cracked webbing anchors, a bent member or stretched straps all show up as a pack that rides badly, and none of it is worth living with when the vacuum itself is fine.
