Product details

Part C625-0103 is the motor for the Titan TC6000.2 commercial upright, and the same motor is listed for the Carpet Pro CMP3N, CMP3QD and CMP3T.

A commercial upright earns its keep in daily multi-hour shifts, and among its parts the motor is usually the first to show that wear. The tells are fairly consistent: an electrical or burnt smell, noise that climbs into a grind or a whine, power that cuts in and out mid-pass, or the unit refusing to start at all. None of that improves with a new bag or belt.

On a machine built for daily commercial use, replacing the motor rather than the whole vacuum is the economical call. On a well-kept unit, the frame, nozzle and brush roll typically outlast several motors, so swapping just the motor gets it back into rotation for a fraction of a new machine's cost.

Because these machines rarely sit idle, a motor issue tends to surface mid-shift rather than at a convenient moment, which is the main argument for keeping a spare motor on hand for a fleet that depends on daily use.

  • Part: C625-0103, upright motor
  • Fits: Titan TC6000.2, Carpet Pro CMP3N, CMP3QD, CMP3T
  • Before replacing: rule out a blocked airway or a saturated filter; either one is enough to make a perfectly good motor sound like it is failing
