Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Double spigot coupling for central vacuum systems — SKU 507SP. This fitting carries a male 2" spigot connection on both ends, and its job is simple: it joins two standard central vacuum fittings directly to one another.

Reach for it during new installations, repairs, or layout changes whenever two fittings need to meet back-to-back without a section of pipe between them. It is one of those small parts that saves a second trip mid-project, so it is worth adding a couple to any central vacuum pipe and fitting order.
