Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Fit All Central Vacuum Ultimate Kit, part 07-4991-06, pairs a 35-foot pigtail hose with the Wessel-Werk EBK360 electric power nozzle, packaged together as a complete accessory set rather than as separate purchases.

Wessel-Werk publishes the EBK360 as the largest electric brush in its current range, with a cleaning width of 360 mm, about 14 inches, and as carrying its own motor, so its brush performance does not depend on how much airflow a central vacuum power unit still has after a long run of pipe. Wessel-Werk lists it with a double swivel neck, a pedal-operated height adjustment offering five carpet settings, four soft wheels and an LED headlight.

The hose ends in a pigtail plug, the connector style used on central vacuum inlet valves that carry both suction and low-voltage power to a motorized nozzle. At 35 feet it is sized for larger homes where one inlet needs to reach several rooms. Check that your wall inlets accept a pigtail connector before ordering, since not every system wires its inlets this way.
