SEBO Chassis and Metal Bott...

Product details
Rebuilding an ET-C power head from the floor up starts with the frame. Part 2002SW is the black chassis for SEBO ET-C power heads, supplied together with its metal bottom plate as one set: the structural shell that every other component in the nozzle mounts into.
The chassis is what keeps the brush roll, its bearing blocks and the wheels in line with one another. A frame cracked at a mounting boss, or a bottom plate worn thin and distorted after years of being dragged over carpet, lets those parts sit out of true. What follows is uneven agitation across the width of the head, a belt wearing on one edge, and a noise no amount of adjustment will tune out. Replacing the frame and the plate together gives the head one straight, flat foundation instead of a patched one.
One number covers the whole foundation of the head. The chassis and the metal bottom plate ship together, which matters because each is only as good as its fit against the other, and a new frame bolted to an old dished plate will never sit flat. The set is listed for SEBO ET-C power heads in black. Where the frame is sound and only the underside has worn, the plate and its ties are stocked separately and are the smaller of the two jobs.
- Fits: SEBO ET-C power heads
- Supplied as: chassis and metal bottom plate, one set
- Colour: black
- Replace when: the frame is cracked at a fixing point, the head rocks on the floor, or the underside plate is worn through or bent
- Part number: 2002SW
- Related: 2005ER, the metal bottom plate and its ties supplied on their own
The existing brush roll, bearings, belt, wheels and bumper all carry over into the new frame, so inspect each one while the head is stripped. The axle, part 2009, and the foot pedal, part 2011DG, are both easiest to judge at this stage. Genuine SEBO assembly, shipped in 2-5 business days.
