This is the black nozzle bumper for the Clean Obsessed CO101 and CO203 and the Perfect DM101 commercial uprights (Part #PPN79). The bumper wraps the front edge of the cleaning nozzle, cushioning impacts against baseboards, furniture legs, and walls so the machine protects both itself and the surfaces around it.
This is a common-fit two-motor upright part: it also fits most 2-motor upright machines including ProTeam, Electrolux, Pullman, and the Sanitaire 6600. A torn or missing bumper leaves the nozzle housing exposed to cracking, so replacing it preserves the machine and prevents furniture scuffs.
