Genuine upper handle retaining collar for the Clean Obsessed CO202 commercial upright vacuum from CleanMax. This collar secures the upper section of the vacuum's handle assembly, keeping the handle tube seated firmly and preventing wobble or play where the upper and lower handle meet.
