Narrower than the head a canister normally ships with, 6735GS trades working width for the ability to get into places. A single wheel carries it, the sole plate is plastic, and the combination action moves the bristle strip in or out so that the same nozzle serves carpet and bare floor without a trip back to the cupboard for a second tool.
That smaller footprint is the whole reason to choose it. Galley kitchens, boat and caravan interiors, the strip of floor between a bed and the wall, offices packed with chair legs and cable trays, the space under a low sideboard: a full-width head simply will not turn in any of them. Most people buy this as a second nozzle to keep on a spare wand rather than as a replacement for the head that came with the machine, and SEBO lists it as an option right across the canister range for that reason.
Replace it when the bristle strip has worn flat, when the setting will not stay where it is put, or when the plastic sole has picked up enough scoring to leave marks on a finished floor. Colour is gray/black. The full-width standard head is 8351GS, and 8365AM is the turbo version with a driven roller.
