Pairing a white machine with a matching floor head is the usual reason this number gets ordered. 9259AM is the ET-2, the wider of SEBO's two driven heads, finished in white and fitted with its own on/off control. It is listed for the FELIX Premium and FELIX 2 Premium uprights and for the C3.1.
Inside the housing a dedicated motor spins the brush shaft, so the roller keeps agitating carpet regardless of how much suction is reaching the hose — the difference between lifting grit out of pile and sliding it along the top of it. Being able to stop the brush at the head is what makes the switched version worth having on rugs and smooth flooring, where a live roller is a nuisance. The head's size shows up in its consumables: an ET-2 takes the 15-inch brush roller 2838AM, or 2838GE in soft bristle, where an ET-1 takes a 12-inch roller.
Hair and thread wind themselves around any driven roller in a house with long-haired occupants or pets, and 8366WS is the tool for cutting it free before the load reaches the bearings. Doing that occasionally is usually the difference between replacing a roller and replacing a head.
