The 7606 combo tool, part 609902, is the dust brush supplied with Sanitaire and Eureka commercial uprights in the SC5845 family. It is the small brush head you clip onto the wand for vents, sills, blinds and the tops of baseboards.
Combo tools go missing far more often than they wear out - left on a windowsill, dropped into a bin liner, or the bristle ring snaps off after a season of being clipped on and off. Without it you are running a bare wand tip across surfaces that need bristles, which is slower and harder on the surface.
