This 12-inch base assembly (Part #55726-19) is the lower nozzle housing for older Eureka / Sanitaire SC887 and SC888 commercial upright vacuums fitted with the two-screw bag coupling. It holds the brush roll and forms the floor-contact nozzle that seals suction across the full 12-inch cleaning path.

Important fitment note: this base is for the earlier two-screw bag coupling design. It does not fit the current SC887E or current SC888 models. Confirm your machine uses the 2-screw coupling before ordering.

  • Fits: Older Sanitaire SC887 and SC888 uprights with 2-screw bag coupling
  • Does NOT fit: Current SC887E or current SC888 models
  • Cleaning width: 12 inches
  • Function: Lower base / nozzle housing for brush roll and floor seal
