Part 53270A is a 12-inch VG II brush roll with hex ends for Eureka and Sanitaire commercial uprights. The hex ends match the nozzle's original mounting points, so it installs without adapters.
A brush roll is a wear item by design. Bristles shorten and splay with use, and once they fall short of the pile, cleaning turns shallow: surface litter still comes up, but deep-down soil and pet hair stay lodged in the fibers below it. Strands and lint that wrap around the roll load extra drag onto the end bearings too, so clearing it out on a regular basis protects the bearings and extends the life of the roll itself, particularly on a machine that runs daily.
It fits the Eureka and Sanitaire 2124A and 2134A, the C2094B, C2094FB, C2094G, C2094G1, C2094G2, C2094G3, C2094GW, C2094H and C2094H1, the C2095A, and the S645A.
