SEBO Exhaust Filter Cover f...

Product details
Broken latching tabs leave the exhaust filter cover sitting proud, and a cover that does not clamp down lets filtered air take the easy route around the media instead of through it. Part 1802HG is the light gray replacement cover for the SEBO 370 Comfort and Electronic 370 uprights.
The cover has one job and does it by geometry alone: it locates the exhaust filter and holds it flat against its seat, so every cubic foot of air leaving the machine has to pass through the filter rather than around its edge. That is why a cracked or warped cover matters out of all proportion to its size. Tabs snap when the cover is levered off rather than released, so the damage usually dates from a previous filter change rather than from normal use, and it often goes unnoticed until fine dust starts settling near the exhaust.
Ordering by colour matters on these machines, since SEBO finishes the 370 range's external mouldings to match. This is the light gray version.
- Fits: SEBO 370 Comfort and Electronic 370
- Colour: light gray
- Holds: the exhaust filter flat against its seating face
- Fixes: a cover that will not latch, sits proud, or has lost a tab
- Part number: 1802HG
- Related parts: filter safety catch rod 1824 and complete front cover 1846HG, both listed for the same machines
- Quick check: with the cover latched, feel around the joint while the machine runs — air moving where the cover meets its housing means the clamp has failed
- Fit note: release the tabs squarely rather than levering the cover off, which is what breaks them in the first place
Genuine SEBO through an authorized dealer, generally shipping in 2–5 business days. Fit a fresh exhaust filter at the same time if the old cover has been loose for a while, since a filter that has been bypassed rarely looks as bad as it has performed. Release the tabs squarely in future and the new cover will outlast several filters.
