Dark blue bodywork on the AUTOMATIC X8 starts at this panel. SEBO 51051DBSB is the front cover supplied complete: the hinged face that swings open for a bag change and shuts again over the bag chamber.
Covers get dropped, knocked into skirting boards and occasionally stood on. Once the moulding splits or the catch face wears, the door stops sitting flush against the body, and a door that is not flush is not just untidy; it lets the compartment work loose in use and puts the load onto whatever hinge point is still intact. Taking the panel complete means it goes back on in one piece rather than being rebuilt from what is left of the original.
