Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Forty feet of sock-free retractable hose: the Hide-A-Hose 40' Rapidflex (SKU 304HHGK) works with the HAH retractable valve without requiring a sock, which simplifies the whole hose assembly for Hide-A-Hose central vacuum systems.

On a conventional HAH setup, the sock is what lets the hose retract into the wall tubing. Rapidflex removes that requirement entirely — the hose runs bare in the tubing and still retracts through the HAH valve as intended. On the working end, the hose connects with any of the HAH handles or adapters, so it drops into an existing Hide-A-Hose installation without extra conversion parts.
