The hose access door on these machines is held to its housing by a bracket at each side, and part 36438002 supplies both of them as a matched pair, so the two sides are renewed together.
Doing them as a pair matters. If one bracket has cracked, the door has been hanging crooked and loading the other one, so fitting a single new bracket usually just moves the problem across. A door that will not sit square rattles, refuses to latch, and breaks the seal along the hose path, which reads at the tool as suction that has gone soft.
These fit the Hoover CH50010, the Oreck UR30075, and the Royal CR50005 and UR30075. Check the model number on your machine before ordering, since the door assembly differs across neighbouring series.
