The Hoover motor seal (part #440004754) fits the UH72450 Air Pro upright, including the UH72450RM and UH72450CA. This genuine OEM seal closes the gap around the motor housing so air moves through the filtration path rather than around it.

A worn or compressed seal lets dust bypass the filters and reduces suction efficiency. You may notice decreased suction or fine dust escaping near the motor area when the seal has failed. Installing the correct seal restores a tight, leak-free motor chamber.
