This is the HEPA version of Hoover's Type S canister bag, part 4010808S, two to a pack, and it is the one for the new-style Constellation: the S3341 and S3345. It also fits the SH30050 Quiet Performance and the SH40100, and drops into other Hoover canisters built around the S bag.
The reason to run a HEPA bag rather than standard paper has less to do with what goes into the bag than what comes out of the exhaust. HEPA media holds the 0.3-micron fraction, dust mite debris, fine dander and pollen, that ordinary paper releases back into the room while you clean.
Two bags per pack. If someone in the house reacts to the act of vacuuming itself, this is the change worth trying before buying a different machine.
