This replacement Hoover power nozzle (Part #440001577) fits the Hoover SH40010, SH40060, SH40065, SH40080, and SH40100 canister systems. The power nozzle is the motorized floor head that houses the brush roll and agitates carpet for deep pickup.
When a power nozzle's brush roll stalls or the housing cracks, carpet agitation drops off and the head no longer lifts embedded dirt. A sound replacement head restores full brush-roll rotation and effective cleaning across carpeted rooms.
