Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Built to a 7.2-inch frame, this replacement Ametek Lamb tangential bypass motor (Part #117467-13) is a 120-volt, 2-stage unit on double ball bearings. Rated figures include 110 CFM, 123 inches of sealed vacuum, 455 maximum air watts, and a 12.8 amp maximum, with an average life around 700 hours.

As the motor wears, central vacuum water lift and airflow fall away. The correct replacement restores rated suction across a wide range of power units.
