C370-1200B is the large rear wheel used on PV and MV platform uprights, supplied as an assembly with the rubber tread already bonded over the hub. That rubber layer is what keeps the machine quiet and stops it marking hard floors; once it has flat-spotted or worn through, the vacuum starts to drag and can scuff.
