Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Axis floor brush from MD Manufacturing (SKU 402A) is a wheel-free central vacuum floor tool built for hard surfaces such as wood, tile, bamboo, cork, and marble. Its "castle cut" edge draws dirt and hair in from the front, the back, and both sides, and because there are no wheels, it vacuums the floor without leaving tracks.

What sets Axis apart is agility. The head stays flat as you twist and rotate the wand, so less arm movement covers more floor. It is the only floor brush of its kind that can clean at 90-degree angles and slip into openings just 5 inches across.
