Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Axis Upgrade Kit, part 402AMFPPK, is the accessory set that turns MD's Axis hard floor brush into a dry mop. MD publishes the kit contents as three pieces: the Axis glide plate, the Axis microfiber pad, and the Axis fringed microfiber pad. The brush itself is a separate part, so this kit upgrades an Axis brush you already own.

The pieces work in sequence. The glide plate snaps onto the bottom of the Axis brush to cover the bristles, and either pad then slips over the brush with that plate attached. MD notes that the pads require the glide plate and are for dry use only, so this is a dust-mopping upgrade rather than a wet mopping one.
