This genuine Oreck belt cover (Part #83043-01) fits the LW1500 Magnesium upright and the LW100. The cover encloses the belt and brush roll drive area, keeping debris out of the belt path while the machine runs.
A belt cover that is cracked, broken, or missing lets threads, hair, and grit reach the belt and pulley, where they cause slipping, premature belt wear, and jams. A solid replacement cover shields the drive and keeps the brush roll turning cleanly.
